Special Service Requirement
1. Infant Policy (INF)
- Must be at least 7 days old
- Must have a birth certificate
- Must travel with a parent or provide consent documentation
- Must be in good health
- For twins: two parents required, seated separately for safety
- INF age range: 7 days – 2 years

2. Special Assistance
2.1. Wheelchair services for the elderly or sick are divided into 03 types:
- WCHR (Ramp): For those who can walk but need occasional assistance
- WCHS (Step): For those who move slowly and need help boarding/deboarding
- WCHR (Ramp): For those who can walk but need occasional assistance
2.2. Assistance for Visually Impaired Passengers:
- 1–4 persons: No companion required
- 5+: One companion required
- 6–10 persons: Two companions required
2.3. Assistance for Hearing Impaired:
- Available but needs special staff arrangements
2.4. Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service (Ages 4–12):
- Free of charge
- Airline staff will supervise until arrival
- Ages 4–6: Only 2 allowed per flight
- Ages 6–12: Can travel alone or with assistance
- All UMs must wear ID tags for easy identification

3. Pregnant Passenger Policy
3.1. Must have prenatal care book
3.2. Eligibility:
- Twins: Up to 33 weeks
- Single pregnancy: Up to 35 weeks
3.3. 7–28 weeks: No doctor’s note required
3.4. 29–35 weeks: Must have doctor’s certificate (Fit to Fly)
3.5. Over 35 weeks: Not allowed to fly

4. Traveling with Pets
- Allowed Pets: Dogs, cats, fish
- Must have vaccination record book
- Must be health-checked at a vet clinic before travel
- Noisy or nervous pets must be sedated 1–2 hours before flight
- Pets must be in standard, secure carriers
- All carriers must be locked after sedation
- Fish must be in oxygenated plastic bags, sealed inside foam containers
- Vaccination record book , Health certificate from vet clinic (within 1–3 days before travel)
